If your toilet or drain clogs, you can often dislodge the blockage using a plunger. Simply press your plunger over the drainage hole in your toilet or directly over the drain in your shower. Pump up and down vigorously to clear the pipe.

If attempting to dislodge debris from your toilet, do not flush multiple times, as this could cause the toilet to overflow.

If you lose electrical power, first call your utility provider. There may be extenuating circumstances impacting your power, such as bad weather or construction. There could also be a billing issue on your account.

Tripped Circuit Breaker?

If you trip your circuit breaker by overloading the circuit, locate the breaker and flip the lever back to the ON position.

Your rental property's hot water heater provides constant access to hot water. If you lose access or don't have enough hot water, check the settings on the tank. If there is a pilot light, verify that its lit. You may also be able to reset the tank.

If you make any changes, wait 15 to 20 minutes before testing the water temperature again.

Is your air conditioning or heating system not working correctly? We recommend checking your thermostat to make certain the settings haven't been changed accidentally. You may also want to cycle the system off and back on again.
